We are a creative network, a think tank and a hub, a living organism of filmmakers, festivals, broadcasters, cultural institutions, academia, NGOs and funders. What connects us is the belief that good non-fiction storytelling makes the world more understandable and brings people together.
As a think tank, we develop ideas, formats and strategies. As a hub, we bring people, disciplines and countries to one table. And as a creative network, we turn both into something visible: festivals, programmes, campaigns, collaborations. From Berlin, with partners from Vienna to Belgrade to Amsterdam.
The Doxumentale is the annual meeting point of this network. In between, it keeps growing with every new encounter, because the best stories are rarely made alone, and their impact even less so.
Curation & Programme We put together programmes that hold: film selection, thematic strands, panels and the right guests, for festivals, conferences and institutions at home and abroad. We regularly curate for partners, from major media conferences to international festivals.
Audience Development & Strategy A strong format is only the beginning.
